what to say?

Well, I went and did it! One week from tomorrow NaBloPoMo begins. And, yes, this year I decided to {officially} take the challenge. If you're not familiar with NaBloPoMo it's an exercise in torture that we bestow upon ourselves during one of the busiest times of the year - posting something on our blogs every day for the entire month of November.

Now some of you may not think that sounds like torture at all because you've got your shit together and post every day all year long. No matter what. To you I say "Whatever!" Some of us aren't all anal and shit about posting the crazy little details of our lives. And some of us just don't lead that exciting of lives to have all sorts of stuff to say every day. <--- this would be me!

So this is where you, my fun, exciting, crazy, chatty readers come swooping in and save the day, or days if I'm lucky! I need topics to blog about during the month of November. They can be anything. A burning question about me you've been dying to ask. A burning question that has nothing to do with me whatsoever but you want to ask me because you value my opinion so much. Maybe you want one of my yummy recipes?

Whatever you come up with I promise to try to use during NaBloPoMo. So don't leave me hangin' in the breeze. Please.

Well, if you're going to do NaBloPoMo again, then I will too!

As for topics, hmmmm... I'll also have to get back to you. I once read some writing advice that said if all else fails, write about your high school cafeteria, so maybe that's an idea? :)

i suppose i could sign up for that but that'd mean blogging on the weekends...hmmm.

topics:

on dia de los muertos, how about talking about someone you loved and lost

the week of thanksgiving how about talking about things you are thankful for

tell us 5 things you are great at

is there one big dream you have? or talent you wish you possessed?

what book/story was your favorite as a child?

Tim - Thanks a lot man!

Tony - That'd be a pretty short one, but I might give it a try.

Stacie - Lest I remind you that YOU are the reason I have this blog in the first place? I don't know what you're laughing about.

OK, since November is also NaNoWrMo (did I spell that right?) which I was contemplating (not that I would make it but it would force me to work on the novel again)...

If you were to ever write a book what would it be about? (And if you've got multiple ideas you can have multiple posts!)

Yes, I am adding the pressure of posting about things I am thankful about all month at the end of my posts. :) And trying not to write about crap.
